Andrea Benyi is a Melbourne-based multidisciplinary designer, art director, educator, and researcher. She is the founder and Design Director of Pandarosa, where her practice is driven by research, strategic thinking, and collaboration to create thoughtful, engaging, and meaningful design outcomes.
Her work spans graphic design, branding, user experience (UX), web design and development, photography, spatial and experience design, project management, research, and design strategy. Believing that design is inherently multidisciplinary, Andrea embraces an iterative process that brings together diverse perspectives, disciplines, and ways of thinking to solve complex problems.
Alongside her studio practice, Andrea teaches across a range of design disciplines, including design studio, branding, experience design, user experience (UX), and professional practice. She is passionate about fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration, encouraging emerging designers to see design as an evolving practice.
Beyond her professional work, Andrea enjoys connecting with people through creativity and shared learning. She loves gardening, growing garlic, baking, photographing everyday moments on analogue 35mm film, and is always teaching herself new skills and exploring new ideas.
